Teamwork

It is your last game

against the,

undefeated

rival team.

The game’s tied.

Your team is,

worried,

fearful,

and your adrenaline’s pumping,

scared

that the other team is going to beat you.

There’s barely any time on the clock.

30 seconds,

but it feels like

forever!

It’s your turn to serve.

You do an overhand serve.

The ball hits the net, and

just barely makes it over.

A girl on the rival team dives,

the ball comes back over the net.

The two teams,

start bumping the ball,

over the net.

Then,

the other team,

scores.

They serve,

but then,

you score!

The game’s still

tied!

Then one of your teammates serve.

Just as the timer buzzed,

Ace!

Your team won!

Now for a

celebration,

because

of your victorious

win,

all because of,

teamwork.

I wake up early every morning,

getting ready for my early jog.

Once I’m outside,

I hear the chirping of the birds.

There’s a breeze that blows the grass,

the grass swishing back and forth.

It’s peaceful out here,

as I pace down the path.

Flowers sprinkled here and there,

crickets chirping everywhere.

It’s sunny and bright.

The smell of the fresh, summer air

makes me want to drift off and dream,

therefore,

what a beautiful day.

several traits that you are unaware of.

You should value those traits, like gold.

Value this day, for it is precious in His sight.

Life is too short to live without those traits.

If we only made the most of it,

we could experience untold joy, peace and love.

Let them all be found, before they disappear.

Value them until the very end.

Life's Not Just the Happy Things

Life is not just the hours you spend awake,

it’s also about dreams.

Life is full of ups and downs.

It’s not just about happy thoughts and your dreams coming true.

You may think of it that way,

but sad to say,

it is not.

You should still keep making great efforts to be happy,

never give up, no matter what.

It may not always be the best, but you'll still live through it.

There are other people that are feeling the same way.

Victory is near, just focus on the good things, don't worry about the bad.
